给一个conda虚拟环境中Pytorch配置的完整流程。
Torch2.2.2+cuda12.1+python3.10
大家也可以根据自己的需要选择合适的版本

conda create --name mytorch python==3.10
conda activate mytorch
pip install torch==2.2.2 torchvision==0.17.2 torchaudio==2.2.2 --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cu121
pip install https://data.pyg.org/whl/torch-2.2.0%2Bcu121/torch_cluster-1.6.3%2Bpt22cu121-cp310-cp310-win_amd64.whl

另外，可以在代码中设置seed保证可重复性。
