3. What is Chatbot ?
chatbot : technical entities that can mimic human conversation . 又称为conversation agents.
4. What can Chatbot do ?
The situation where is not efficiency , effective or just rational to use humans to respond to other humans.
i.e. 24/7,即007工作制适合chatbot。
尤其是007 customer service .
5. History of Chatbot
- chatbot虽然近十年才因为AI而风靡,但this idea 早就有了。可追溯到1950s的图灵测试和第一个AI机器人也是chatbot:Elima。
- Elima:
- 1960s
- operate in certain situation
- **cannot** learn from earlier conversation
- 能力评级:limit

3.history of principle of chatbot
3.1 the early chatbot (rule-based)
- keyword , rules , and operations
- predefined rules
- simple situation
- 表现形式:links , comments , rules , and keywords
3.2 last decade (AI-based)
- learn from exist database
- no keyword and rules
- get data and information about conversation or external database
- need to be trained
