【个人疑问】视频压缩如何压缩最小并保证能看清内容？

以西瓜视频为例，很久以前的下载的视频，个人感觉这是见过的最小的压缩视频了，达到了自己的“文件小，能看清”的要求。

视频来自西瓜视频app里保存到本地的视频，再传到电脑上，这个视频的属性参数会对以后压缩视频大小有帮助

介绍下视频信息属性：

决定视频大小的因素是码率（常用单位 kbps ），即“每秒有多少数据”，码率越大视频越大，不管你是1080p还是720p还是什么其他尺寸，同样码率的720p视频和1080p视频大小是一样的，只是画质不一样。

而影响码率的因素就有很多，比如：
1、其他条件不变，画面尺寸（1080p、720p、480p...）越大码率越大；
2、其他条件不变，帧率（25帧/秒、30 帧/秒 、60帧/秒……）越高码率也越大；
3、还有一个是编码算法，优秀的算法能在画质损失较小的情况下降低码率从而减小视频文件的体积。

win10下可以通过右键->属性查看视频文件的码率（总比特率），其与文件体积的换算公式为：
数据速率（kbps）x视频时间（秒）÷8=视频文件大小（kb）.
