CMD启动jar包出现错误

解决方案：修改依赖

将org.scream3r:jssc:2.8.0该成io.github.java-native:jssc:2.9.2

原来的

        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.scream3r</groupId>
            <artifactId>jssc</artifactId>
            <version>2.8.0</version>
        </dependency>

 修改为

        <dependency>
            <groupId>io.github.java-native</groupId>
            <artifactId>jssc</artifactId>
            <version>2.9.2</version>
        </dependency>

改好，再重新打包，运行即可
