javamail实现对邮件的发送和收取（一）

javamail是大家都知道的一个邮件收发api，最近出于兴趣爱好，在网上收集了部分关于javamail的使用方法，整理后把源码贴于下。
很抱歉当时没有记住源码的出处，还望前辈们海涵啊。
运行需求：mail.jar,activation.jar 可以在[url]http://java.sun.com[/url]上搜索javamail和jaf分别下载上述的包。
