CECmtserver 3错误，

OTRMusic1.0移植到3rd fp1上编译通过了，但是模拟器启动的时候出现了一个错误：CECmtserver 3

The ECMT is the component that enables the remote loggin feature on S60 devices. In the emulator the component is responsible for feeding data to the Tools->Diagnostics window that can be used among others to monitor incoming/outgoing HTTP requests.

As you can easily verify other applications (e.g. the browser) can work well with this component so there must be something that causes your application problems. If you feel that the only solution for you is to disable this componet here is what I would try:
Locate the ecmt*.SIS file shiped with the SDK for use on device (must be in the /epoc32/S60Tools directory) and use dumpsis to extract its content.
Using the obtained *.pkg as reference remove the corresponding binaries and resource files from the emulator (with backup).

Then keep your fingers cross and start the emulator
