swift TabBar

先上效果图如下：

1. 在APP 的AppDelegate页面中加载TFTabBarViewController类

  func application(application: UIApplication, didFinishLaunchingWithOptions launchOptions: [NSObject: AnyObject]?) -> Bool {
        
        self.window = UIWindow(frame:UIScreen.mainScreen().bounds)
        
        //let rootController = RootViewController(style: UITableViewStyle.Plain)

        self.window!.rootViewController = rootNav

    }

2. 创建 FirstViewController ，SecondViewController，ThirdViewController，FourthViewController四个页面，然后设置下页面的颜色（便于点击下面的TabBar时，可以看到切换的效果）

3. 将刚刚创建的页面加载到TabBar中去
