关于.oscrc

在本地obs添加了mer基本库以后，总是不能用，在osc ci 和build的时候总是会报

SSL Error: unexpected eof

Server returned an error: HTTP Error 401: Unauthorized

Server returned an error: HTTP Error 401: basic auth failed

这一类错误

查看错误号401会发现

   401.1:  Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
    401.2:  Access is denied due to server configuration favoring an alternate authentication method.
    401.3:  Access is denied due to an ACL set on the requested resource.
    401.4:  Authorization failed by a filter installed on the Web server.
    401.5:  Authorization failed by an ISAPI/CGI application.
    401.7:  Access denied by URL authorization policy on the Web server.
都是关于权限，所以更加肯定是.oscrc设置的问题。仔细查看文件，原来是api地址写错了，哈哈。一定注意，在社区的api地址是https://api.pub.meego.com

但是局域网里的地址，一定是http，而不是https。
