Loaded runtime CuDNN library: 7.4.1 but source was compiled with: 7.6.5.  CuDNN library major and minor version needs to match or have higher minor version in case of CuDNN 7.0 or later version. If using a binary install, upgrade your CuDNN library.  
If building from sources, make sure the library loaded at runtime is compatible with the version specified during compile configuration.

尝试下载cudnn7.6.5，NVIDIA官网cudnn下载地址
https://developer.nvidia.com/rdp/cudnn-archive

2020-09-26 15:41:21.824007: W tensorflow/stream_executor/platform/default/dso_loader.cc:55] Could not load dynamic library 'cupti64_101.dll'; dlerror: cupti64_101.dll not found

找到 cupti64_100.dll，重命名为 cupti64_101.dll

然后就用gpu跑起来了
