编译报错unable to infer tagged configuration

First, I couldn't configure without errors so I reinstalled apache apr. Now, I can configure but when I run make, I get this error:

libtool: compile: unable to infer tagged configuration
libtool: compile: specify a tag with `--tag'

研究发现是由于在configure阶段，根据–host参数选择了适用于mips-gcc产生的错误。
发现mips-gcc与gcc为同一文件，此处报错可能与编译器的名字有关

解决方法一

libtool --tag=CC

解决方法二

./configure CC=gcc
