  在工程中设定依赖与插件下载的仓库：

  缺点：配置的仓库仅针对当前工程有效，新建新的工程时，又从中央仓库下载。

  但我们希望所有的工程都从其他的仓库中下载依赖与插件。所以得改全局。

  改全局：

  apache-maven-3.2.5\comf\setting.xml里配镜像。镜像不是仓库只是做转发。镜像服务器也可以自己做仓库。

  如果工程没有设定依赖与插件下载的仓库，默认去setting里镜像仓库下载，如果也没设置，那就去中央仓库下载。

  注意：学下Maven的命令

 3.私服仓库：Nexus

  3.1先解压，配置后安装。
