tsm 上创建一个有admin 权限的账号：

Step1:
cd /opt/tivoli/tsm/client/ba/bin
./dsmadmc -admin -admin
update admin sheng(new admin ID) sheng(new admin password)

Step2:
test:
./dsmadmc -sheng -sheng
tsm: TSM_SVR1>update libv vtl01 co0001 stat=scr
ANR2035E UPDATE LIBVOLUME: Administrator SHENG is not authorized to issue this command.
ANS8001I Return code 9.

Step3:
./dsmadmc -admin -admin
tsm: TSM_SVR1>grant authority sheng
ANR2160E GRANT AUTHORITY: No new privileges granted to administrator SHENG.

tsm: TSM_SVR1>grant authority sheng classes=system
ANR2076I System privilege granted to administrator SHENG.

Step4:
test:
./dsmadmc -sheng -sheng
tsm: TSM_SVR1>checkout libv vtl01 co0003
ANS8003I Process number 2 started.
