C++虚函数(8) - RTTI(Run-time type information)

C++中，只有当类中包含至少一个虚函数时，RTTI(Run-time type information)才生效。
编译器会将RTTI保存在vtable中。

例如：dynamic_cast会使用RTTI，下面程序会编译失败。因为类B中没有虚函数。

class B {};
class D : public B {};

int main() {
    B* b = new D;
    D* d = dynamic_cast<D*>(b);
    if (d != NULL)
        std::cout << "works";
    else
        std::cout << "cannot cast B* to D*";
    return 0;
}

编译器会报错：
cannot dynamic_cast `b’ (of type `class B*’) to type `class D*’ (source type is not polymorphic) 

给类B添加一个虚函数后，工作正常。
