node install for linux
go to the url:https://nodejs.org/en/ download nodejs
$ wget url
when download complete.then expand it.
$ tar -xf node.tar
$ cd node/bin/
$ ls
u will get the filename node&npm
then
$ ./node -v
$ the version of ur node
then set softlink to the file make them global
$ ln -s /node/bin/node /usr/local/bin/node
the same to npm
$ ln -s /node/bin/npm /usr/local/bin/npm
then
$ node -v
if u see the version of ur node in terminal
congratulations,u have been success.
else if u see nothing
then
$ curl -sL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup | sudo bash -
when is ok
$ sudo apt-get install -y nodejs
then
$ node -v
if u see this
$ -bush...(i forget it)
then
$ ln -s /usr/bin/nodejs /usr/sbin/node
then
$ node -v
this time is ok.
