How to set corresponding authors in an ACM template:

While the command \thanks generates a note without a footnote mark, sometimes

\subtitlenote
\authornote

the authors might need notes more tightly connected to the title, subtitle or author. The
commands \titlenote, \subtitlenote and \authornote that follow the corresponding commands (\title, \subtitle and \author) generate such notes. For example,

\title{This is a title}
\titlenote{This is a titlenote}
\author{A. U. Thor}
\authornote{This is an authornote}
