在加载theano框架时遇到的gcc加载问题

当在import theano 的时候，会报这个的错误：cc1.exe: sorry, unimplemented: 64-bit mode not compiled in
不要怀疑，一定时你mingW没有安装好，
我再找了一下午之后，终于再这个网页找到了答案思路

我的安装姿势是这样的：
下载链接：https://udomain.dl.sourceforge.net/project/mingw-w64/Toolchains%20targetting%20Win32/Personal%20Builds/mingw-builds/installer/mingw-w64-install.exe

然后配置环境变量

pip install theano-1.0.5
安装这个版本会报这个错：
theano.gof.opt.LocalMetaOptimizerSkipAssertionError: AbstractConv2d Theano optimization failed: there is no implementation available supporting the requested options. Did you exclude both “conv_dnn” and “conv_gemm” from the optimizer? If on GPU, is cuDNN available and does the GPU support it? If on CPU, do you have a BLAS library installed Theano can link against? On the CPU we do not support float16.
尝试这个方案但是还是不行
conda install numpy scipy mkl-service libpython m2w64-toolchain
然后我参照了这个教程测试发现是因为Theano无法使用GPU
