Noise or Silence

It begins from the topic of pair programming, rules of the XP. What would happen in pair programming, obviously, we would not accept to do pairing for that, being a experience guy. I don’t want to pick up a rookie to pair randomly, and that will causes lots of explaining, get my performace down there.

From the expert, “pair programming would making nosie in the room and it would make you lose focus.”

That ‘s right, some kind of complex logical need more focus. And I think 80% of coders would need room space or silence to do it. But in process, High and Low, Noise and Silence we both need. It’s the conflict you should deal, when you need silence, go away from the fucking noisy room space that made by some one.

Some PM always need noise, “Hey, give me some noise, buddy.”, it’s the way they like it to be, sounds everyone is moving, no steady. Ways I have seen in project management is all building confidence, I mean, we do not trust anyone, anything, we trust what we see, what we got. Promise? Plan? Ooh, come on, just let it go.
