使用 smart app banner 推广APP应用

在iOS6发布后，其中 smart app banner 的功能使webapp的功能又凸显了。

使用方法也很简单：

在meta标签添加

<meta name="apple-itunes-app" content="app-id=468623917"/>

smart app banner需要注意的是：

1. 此功能仅针对ios

2. content除了app-id 外，还可以添加app-argument等参数，详见：
