解决Tomcat源码导入eclipse后， CookieFilter类找不到

最近想看看Tomcat的源码，按照网上的教程操作后， 发现test包下仍有报错， 是由于CookieFilter类找不到，于是请教百度，发现搜不到相关的处理方式，最后千辛万苦在Github上找到了这个类的代码， 贴出来大家可以拷到test/util中。
