问题描述：VideoReader Error: Unable to initialize the video properties
环境：ubuntu18.04， matlab 2019a
解决过程：
a. 查询得知是由于缺少gstreamer导致的，很多博客上说的安装方法不能安装成功，猜测是由于版本较低导致的。
b. 官网安装 https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/documentation/installing/on-linux.html?gi-language=c
