Android 第三方仓库错误导致打包失败

 阿里百川SDK仓库 下午3：00-6：00打不开，导致项目打包失败，等晚上6：30，下面路径可以成功访问，打包成功

最终解决办法

把加号改成具体版本号，仓库包中如果引入也要改，app引入新的插件，重新编译
