spring-expression-4.0.4.RELEASE.jar

spring-webmvc-4.0.4.RELEASE.jar

3.在web.xml中配置DispatcherServlet

4.加入springmvc的配置文件

5.编写请求处理的的处理器（Controller），并标识为处理器

package cn.hq.handler;
import org.springframework.stereotype.Controller;
import org.springframework.web.bind.annotation.RequestMapping;

@Controller
public class HelloWorld {
    @RequestMapping("/helloworld")
    public String helloworld() {
        System.out.println("helloworld");
        return "success";
    }
}

6.编写视图

<%@ page language="java" contentType="text/html; charset=GB18030"
    pageEncoding="GB18030"%>
