Android实现点击通知栏通知恢复前台

通过广播来实现，参考 http://www.ithtw.com/5684.html（leehom 2015年09月15日 于 IT十万为什么 发表）

我的实现方法是不通过广播，而是通过PendingIntent实现跳转：
