What is use case?

A: Use case is used to specify what the system is supposed to do!

Why draw use case diagram?

A: It is the best way to communicate user's requirement with designers and users. It is better than text.

Where should we use use case?

A: Generally, we use it in SRS to express end-user's functional requirement.
