cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element

spring3.0以上版本开发过程中碰到了该问题：

cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for 
 element 'context:property-placeholder'.

经过网上查资料得到解决方案，在beans中配置如下的信息:

首先添加该项信息:

xmlns:context="http://www.springframework.org/schema/context"   .

接着在xsi；schemaLocation多添加以下两项，就可以识别context标签了:

http://www.springframework.org/schema/context
http://www.springframework.org/schema/context/spring-context-3.0.xsd
