PHP两种调用接口方式

GET方式：

GET比较简单 就不封装了
$url="https://text.xiaohuwei.cn/xs/svip.php?key=xiaohuwei";//大麦网数据
$file_content = file_get_contents($url);//返回标准的json
$arr =(array) json_decode($file_content);//对json格式的字符串进行编码，同时进行数组化

POST方式：
