1、在app工程的目录下build.gradle 添加

apply plugin: 'android-apt'

compile "com.jakewharton:butterknife:$rootProject.butterknifeVersion"//
    apt "com.jakewharton:butterknife-compiler:$rootProject.butterknifeVersion"//

具体如下：

apply plugin: 'com.android.application'
apply plugin: 'android-apt'

    compileSdkVersion rootProject.ext.compileSdkVersion
    buildToolsVersion rootProject.ext.buildToolsVersion
    defaultConfig {
        applicationId "com.james.mvp"
        minSdkVersion rootProject.ext.minSdkVersion

        versionCode rootProject.ext.versionCode
        versionName rootProject.ext.versionName

2、在项目最外面的build.gradle中添加

 classpath 'com.neenbedankt.gradle.plugins:android-apt:1.8'/*butterknife注解*/

    targetSdkVersion = 24
    compileSdkVersion = 24
