让html-options显示说明信息

有的时候为了页面布局美观，不得不设置select的宽度，但是当选择项内容宽度大于select宽度时，选择项内容就不能全部显示。html中option的解决方案时，增加一个title即可，但是采用smarty模板之后，该如何增加title呢？答案是修改../plugins/function.html_options.php.中的smarty_function_html_options_optoutput方法：
