升级windows的git命令行方法

我一直使用 gitBASH 命令行进行仓库上传备份与下载，但并没有要求要更新。

当我使用 Visual Studio Code软件进行编辑 Markdown 文档时，会弹出窗口提示更新 git 版本。

经常提示更新 git 以后，我觉得有必要解决这个问题了。

根据提示，得出正确更新代码应为：```git update-git-for-windows```

$ git update-git-for-windows
Git for Windows 2.25.1.windows.1 (64bit)
Update 2.28.0.windows.1 is available
curl: (35) OpenSSL SSL_connect: Connection was reset in connection to api.github.com:443

如果提示：curl: (35) OpenSSL
