About Design and Reuse

Design & Reuse (D&R) was founded in October, 1997 by Gabriele Saucier and Philippe Coeurdevey as a web portal for disseminating value-added information on electronic virtual components, specifically  IP (intellectual property) and SoC’s (systems-on-chips). Shortly thereafter, D&R extended its scope to also include providing enterprise-level IP management platforms.

Gabrièle Saucier

CEO

Gabrièle is an IEEE Fellow scientist who received this distinction for her contributions to electronic design automation (EDA).  Gabriele Saucier started her career as a university professor at Grenoble University where she directed the research of approximately 100 Ph.D. students and published over 350 technical papers in multiple international journals.  After leaving her academic career, she created the first start-up to provide synthesis tools for FPGA-based designs--IST (Innovative Synthesis Technologies). Since 1991, Gabriele has organized an annual conference covering hot topics in electronic design.  She founded Design and Reuse in 1997 with Philippe Coeurdevey.

Arnaud Serra Software Manager of IPMS™ (D&R IP management system) Arnaud got his master degree in Computer Sciences on 2009 from the University of Grenoble (ENSIMAG - INPG) Brahim Missaoui System Engineer of both D&R website and IPMS™ Brahim got his master degree and PHD in Computer Sciences from the University of Grenoble Johnny Chumpitazi Software Manager of the Smart Software License Manager Johnny got his master degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Grenoble (France) Prior to D&R he worked as sofware manager for a real estate management company.		Philippe Coeurdevey Web Manager of the native web site www.design-reuse.com and editor of the Monday News Alert Philippe is the co founder of Design and Reuse. He got his master degree from the university of Grenoble (INPG) in Electronic Engineering.   Dagmara Zielińska Responsible for D&R partnership programs and event organizer (IP SoC days) Dagmara has got over 12 years of professional experience in the IP marketing field. Prior to joining D&R, she was working as a Product Marketing Specialist at Cadence Design Systems Inc., where she was handling IPG product marketing. She holds an MSc degree from the Jagiellonian University. She has also completed International Marketing at EAF, Europäische Akademie für Führungskrafte GmbH, Weissach/Stuttgart. Xiao Xiao Li D&R News Alerts Manager and Editor of the Mandarin website www.design-reuse.cn site Xiao Xiao started his career as Account Executive in Ogilvy & Mather. After finishing his Project Management mission in Huawei Technology Paris, he join D&R as Marketing Manager, the Editor of Mandarin D&R News Alerts and Mandarin website www.design-reuse.cn. He holds a master degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
