Well, as education developing quickly, children received their first education at an earlier age than before. Parents now are concerned about teachers’ quality. Thus, here comes to a question, which teaching method could give kids the best quality of education. Someone states younger children should be taught by different teachers in order to enrich their scope, while others believe that too many teachers would have bad effect on children’s study life. From my point of view, I totally support the latter opinion.

To begin with, being taught by single teacher would improve kids’ study efficiency. Since communicating with only one teacher in a period of time would create a kind of harmony atmosphere between kids and their teachers and they would study better under this comfortable condition. For instance, when I worked as an intern teacher, I once taught a group of kids. During the time I got along with them, we playing, laughing and learning together, the circumstance in this kindergarten seems well. Besides their after school life, they study seriously as well. They said they enjoy the harmonious atmosphere and their study efficiency increase.

What’s more, younger children would not being exposed to the risk of talking with an unfamiliar person and being afraid of him. The reason is that unlike junior students, younger children do not mature fully in psychology. In that case, there would be a large possibility that they cannot adapt the new environment in a short time, like changing teachers frequently. That’s means once teacher changed, they may feel depressed and are scared of communicating with new teacher. As a result, they would not learn anything from those professional teachers.

Last but not least, there is less value to hire different teachers. Younger kids can not absorb many knowledge at the same time. One teacher would be capable enough to teach kids. On the contrary, when kids are instilled with too many kinds of information they feel tired and sometimes become disgust about those subjects. From this point,  Parents’ good intention would cause opposite effect on their kids.(这段的逻辑我觉得ok)

In summary, when parents consider to give younger children high quality education, I recommend that parents should choose single teacher to teach in a long period rather than hire several different teachers at the same time. Since children would feel pleasant when study with person who get along with them and they would not be afraid of talking with familiar people instead of strangers.
