Ubuntu 16.04 upgrade to 18.04 failed because of systemd, can't login

1.can't show the desktop after login

2.ctl+alt+F1 enter tty

3.can't run apt-get upgrade because of systemd unconfig

4.find the version of systemd by 

5.download deb package from https://launchpad.net

6.uninstall systemd libsystemd0 systemd-sysv

    $sudo dpkg --force-all -P systemd libsystemd0 systemd-sysv

7.install new systemd libsystemd0 systemd-sysv

   $sudo dpkg --force-all -i systemd libsystemd0 systemd-sysv  

8.run "apt-get upgrade" to repaire the version 18.04

#if can't  install systemd with dpkg ,you can restart ubuntu and enter recovery mode to install
