kaldi can link with openfst-1.5.0 without patch

$ ./configure --shared --use-cuda=no --fst-root=/opt/openfst-1.5.0 \
--mkl-root=/opt/intel/composer_xe_2015.0.090/mkl

undefined reference to `dlopen’

add -Wl,--no-as-needed before -ldl in kaldi.mk
