MEM/MBA 复试准备（05-01） 英语听力&英语面试常见问题01-05

每个学校采取的面试方式是不同的，因此这里主要是针对大部分学校的内容进行的整合，内容重在知道，关键在于“说”的练习。

1 英语复试考试说明

听力考试主要是以四六级为主，有的学校甚至是 四六级的真题重放，因此如果所在院校是考察听力的，那么一定要认真听一段时间（注意：赶鸭子上架这种事儿 英语听力不太行的通，除非本身底子就很好啦）

口语考试 内容基本上是自我介绍 以及一些常见问题的问答，主要集中在生活和报考意愿及目的上。（注意：英语口语考试本身不刷人，但也不会拉开特别大的分值差距，但口语考试一定要张嘴说出来，哪怕只有1-2个关键词，只要说了一般就是C以上（ABCD四个等级），但是不说那就是D啦。）

3 英语口语训练

Introduce yourself（自我介绍）

Good morning, dear Professors. I’m very glad to be here for this interview.

My name is XX. I graduated from XX University majoring in XX. Even so, I find what I have learned is lack of pertinence, so I decide to further my study to have a deeper understanding to management. And also, after my graduation, I worked as XX, which needs for systematical knowledge of management. That’s why I want to pursue MBA degree.

Then, for some reasons, I changed my job to BBB company, and took the position of supervisor/director. I am responsible for managing projects. My job in my company was greatly appreciated, and I was awarded Outstanding Employees many times.
