chkconfig     
     chkconfig  provides  a  simple  command-line  tool  for maintaining the
     /etc/rc[0-6].d directory hierarchy by relieving  system  administrators
     of  the  task  of  directly manipulating the numerous symbolic links in
     those directories.如果需要手动启用某项服务，可以使用chkconfig命令。

      如下所示的命令为运行模式3和5同时启用了crond守护进程：# /sbin/chkconfig --level 35 crond on
     可以指定--level为1，2，3，4，5或者它们的任意组合。如果要禁用服务，把on替换为off即可。
     PS：fedora有redhat开发的工具system-config-services,可以代替chkconfig.

yum history

     最新的 yum 带有历史记录功能,可以查看过往的事务,重做或回滚这些事务.
     显示事务的命令是 “yum history”，
     在历史中搜索某个软件包是“yum history list XXXX”,
     显示某个事务的详细信息用 “yum history info N” , N是事务编号,
     重做是 “yum history redo N”，
     回滚是 “yum history undo N”

gconf-editor

     隐藏桌面图标：apps--->nautilus------->desktop

lspci  
     查看PCI信息

添加分辨率

gtf 1280 720 60
Xorg   -configure

      Section "Monitor"

reboot系统后就会在System->Preferences->Moniters中发现1280x720的选项

mv  / root / xorg.conf. new   / etc / X11 / --.d/xorg.conf
