首先打开cmd(administrator)
我要删除的文件在桌面上，所以要进入桌面，输入命令：
cd %userprofile%\desktop
输入命令显示目录：dir/a/x/p

这里我删除的是Django-Development-Foundation
接下来的命令为：ren DJANGO~1 folder
然后输入命令：del folder
然后删除有一个提示，按键y,然后就可以鼠标右键删除文件了。

这是因为工程依赖问题导致的 解决办法： 1.先把项目里面的所有工程都移除掉，然后一个一个加进来，加进来的时候编译一下，如果编译通过，说明不是这个工程导致这个问题的。这样一直加下去，如果碰到编译时候提示该错误的时候，打开该工程的vcxproj文件，找到包含ProjectReference的父元素，将这段元素cut掉，然后保存，在编译，最好手工把依赖设置回去即可
