国内的疫情阴霾逐渐散去,但是国外的疫情迎来了爆发。最近几天不少人在微信公众号上留言Shopify独立站是否可以卖口罩,这里统一回复:Shopify卖口罩可以,但是价格要是疫情发生之前的正常价格,否则会封号的。 刚刚有几位Shopify独立站卖家微信找我说自己的Shopify账户无法登陆了。排查了一遍之后,发现他们的网站有一个共同的特征 - 卖口罩了。有的打广告出单了,有的只是上架了产品,但是没有销售。我联系了Shopify的英文客服问了下,客服的回复很简单直接

同时,在Shopify论坛中,Shopify也发出了如下图所示的通知:
如果你的口罩价格是疫情之前正常的价格,那没有问题,否则就是价格欺诈,价格欺诈是违反了Shopify的AUP(Acceptable Use Policy)的。
目前Shopify针对“口罩价格欺诈”的卖家采取的行动,可能是先通过邮件发送提醒,或者先临时暂停掉你的Shopify账户。因此对于卖口罩或者测温计等等产品,尚未封号的卖家来说,应该尽快修改口罩类产品价格,或者下架口罩类产品。
已经封号的卖家,请再三查收你的邮箱,包括垃圾箱里面是否有Shopify官方发送的邮件标题为“Urgent: Temporary Account Suspension”类的邮件。并按照邮件内容的指示修改产品信息,然后回复邮件提交申诉。
没有收到邮件的再等等,或者直接联系Shopify英文客服(https://www.waimaob2c.com/shopify-kefu.html)处理。
和Shopify客服的聊天记录大致如下:
