Declaration Date/Announcement Date:

The day the Board of Directors announces its intention to pay adividend.

Ex-dividend date:

(Typically 2 business days before the record date for U.Ssecurities)the day on which all shares bought and sold no longer come attachedwith the right to be paid the most recently declared dividend.

Record date: Shareholders registered in the stockholders of recordon or before the date of record will receive the dividend.

Payable date: When the dividend is paid by the company and arrivesin the shareholders’ accounts
