LayoutAnimationController可以控制一组控件按照规定显示。并且，LayoutAnimationController可以用xml文件实现，也可以用代码实现：
一、代码实现：代码实现有多种方式：

<set xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
    android:shareInterpolator="true"
    >
    <translate  android:fromYDelta="100%"
        android:toYDelta="0%"
        />
    <alpha

        android:toAlpha="1.0"
        />
</set>

 Animation animation = AnimationUtils.loadAnimation(context, R.anim.anim_botton2top);
        animation.setDuration(3000);

        set.addAnimation(animation);

        LayoutAnimationController controller = new LayoutAnimationController(set, 0.5f);
        controller.setOrder(LayoutAnimationController.ORDER_NORMAL);

 linearlayout_weather_group.setLayoutAnimation(controller);
        linearlayout_weather_group.startLayoutAnimation();
