1、windows系统 svn的https的证书认证信息保存在： X(系统盘):\Users\#your usrname#\AppData\Roaming\Subversion\auth\svn.ssl.server 把这个svn.ssl.server文件夹直接删除。 
2、然后会出现一个服务器证书的提示，根据提示输入 “p”，然后回车，问题就可以得到解决了。
