在pycharm利用pyplot画图提示如下：

UserWarning: This figure includes Axes that are not compatible with tight_layout, so results might be incorrect.
  warnings.warn("This figure includes Axes that are not compatible "

google后发现

报错原因在于plt.tight_layout在某些情况下不能顺利工作

解决方法为

增加

plt.savefig('fig.png',bbox_inches='tight') 

即可，
