   The argument seemly saves the cost for use margarian replace butter in Happy Pancake House, since several people complaint the service, in southeast Unite State. None of the guest want to comsume higher than it really was.

   There are at least three logic fallacy in the argument. The first place, if only about 2 percent of customers complaint, the conclusin that 98 percent of customers are happy of the change would be highly suspect. The author fails to point out that when the survey was conducted and the exact number of the customers. If the change is very recent or the number of customers is few, it is possible that the infuffcient data have been gleaned to draw such a conclusion, an unconvincing one. Furthermore,no all of us like to present their feeling about the change. But none of us hope to be played a trick that pay more money for less value, even they don't want to complaint about it. So , lacking information about the number of costomers sureyed and the number of respondents, it is impossible to access the validity of the results. 

   The second place, the survey style is wrong to conduct. If we conduct it by the method that the servers chang the customer required , use margarian instead of butter, the quenstion is they didn't wholly make a survey, and the data in unconvince and discreet. We can't get the real thinking of the costumer ,and the data is invalided.And the conclusion that the costumers can't tell the margarian from the butter, is so wrong and cough.Even if the condition in southnorth Unite State is just like what they say, it also can not infer that the southeast and northeast are in the same condition.

  In conclusion, we must believe that the custmoers are the god. Don't make trick to they, for they lacking the knowledge of something. The destination of Happy Pancake House is earning more profit, not just saving cost. If more people come to consume in Happy Pancake House, what is the deal to use butter or magarian.
