Disney’s live-action Mulan has finally arrived and will stream on Disney+, but there’s an added complication. In order to watch, you must be a Disney+ subscriber and pay an extra $29.99 for Premier Access. The movie can then be watched as long as you have an active subscription. (If you don’t want to pay $30, Mulan will be available to all Disney+ subscribers without that extra fee on Dec. 4.)
