weblogic中servlet报404_Weblogic 12.2.1.3 version servlet throwing error — oracle-tech

We have two servers A and B. Server A is holding the servlet application to download the pdf files which are located on server B. The path of the file is URL with https protocol. It was working ok in 11g weblogic server. After deploying the servlet code in 12.2.1.3 weblogic server, error is throwing from the getInputStream() method. Please find below the stacktrace.
