ArcGIS中查看metadata显示"warning+乱码"的解决方法

刚用ArcCatalog查看metadata显示“warning+乱码”，如图：

以前都好好的，怎么突然这样了？用“arc metadata warning”Google了一下，在support.esri.com找到了解决方法（需要登录才能查看）。在这贴一下：

Description

Clicking the metadata tab in ArcCatalog displays 'Warning! Not implemented'.

Cause

This occurs on ArcGIS Desktop 9.1 final, Service Pack 1 or Service Pack 2 or ArcGIS Desktop 9.2 final or Service Pack 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 after installing Microsoft XML Core Security Update (KB 955069).

This issue is not reproducible at ArcGIS 9.3 or ArcGIS 9.3 Service Pack 1.

Workaround

• Download and install ArcGIS Desktop 9.2 Service Pack 6. See the link in the Related Information section below.
• Upgrade to ArcGIS Desktop 9.3.
• Uninstall the Microsoft XML Core Security Update (KB955069).

其中说是因为安装了KB955069补丁引起的，一看，果然安装了这个补丁。

一直懒得打ArcGIS Desktop 9.2 SP6，看来是不得不打了;-)
