解决方案：sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys A9E15C2F2B944FEE

解决方案：a、changing to the Main Server in Synaptic -> Settings -> Repositories -> Download from

b、sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get autoclean
sudo apt-get update

c、sudo apt-get update -o Acquire::http::No-Cache=True
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

d、sudo apt-get update -o Acquire::BrokenProxy=true
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

gfw问题:

网上解决：tsocks sudo apt-get update
