vs工具-》外部工具-》添加

标题：SvcUtil

命令：C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v8.1A\bin\NETFX 4.5.1 Tools\SvcUtil.exe

初始目录：$(SolutionDir)

勾选：提示输入参数

取消勾选：退出时关闭

确定

5.生成方法接口

工具-》SvcUtil

会生成一个cs文件和一个config文件

6.调用示例

IMatterService dpser = InvokeContext.CreateWCFServiceByURL<IMatterService>("http://localhost:8002/名称.svc/basic");
Dictionary<string, string> dic=dpser.方法名();
