本人是华硕ROG X570主板，因为一个小问题我重装了win10系统，然后重装系统后有装上了华硕和海盗船的风扇水泵监控软件.之后我就发现关机后不能完全彻底的关闭电源，风扇还在继续工作，内存条机箱和主板的灯都亮着。在bing上看了很多资料，其中无非是调整电源设置和修改bios的设置。经过很久的调试都没用，索性谷歌用英语搜了一遍。并且在一分钟之内找到了答案。

给出的答案就是卸载这些监控软件，譬如我卸载了 ASUS AI Suite! 和海盗船水泵监控程序就可了。

Don't use ANY temp monitoring software! Especially the ASUS AI Suite!
Both of my ASUS B350-F mobos crashes with AI Suite and some temp monitoring programs!
See if it crashes without any temp monitoring software running.

I had the exact same issue with an ASUS X470 board with 2700X, down to CPU fan still spinning and couldn't restart without powering off PSU. I did all sorts of stress tests etc. but couldn't find anything.
The problems kept happening on as far as I could tell a completely random basis.
The problem was the Asus AI Suite, which I had only installed to do custom fan curves, but it could easily be other monitoring software. Once I completely uninstalled AI Suite and stopped using other monitoring software I have not had this problem reoccur.
