miniconda3安装window 无法pip

Control panel -> Network and sharing Center -> Change adapter settings -> right click on your current connection (WiFi or LAN) and choose "Properties" -> Uncheck the box with TCP/IPv6

安装以上路径，将tcp/ipv6关了。然后重启电脑就好了。

pip install 安装时出现Could not fetch URL https://pypi.org/simple/pip/: There was a problem - 简书

解决办法：

1.进入命令行，在当前用户目录下创建pip文件夹

2.在pip文件夹下面创建pip.ini文件，pip.ini配置内容如下：

[global]

index-url=http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/

[install]

trusted-host=mirrors.aliyun.com

3.配置环境变量：%HOMEPATH%\pip\pip.ini添加到path中
