parsel安装老是失败_安装scray时出现问题（“分段错误（核心转储）”）

我在安装scrapy时遇到了问题，有没有sudo命令。scrapy-V继续返回“commandnotfound.”有人认识到这个错误吗？我使用的是lubuntu18.04、Python 2.7.15rc1、pip9.0.1
